The invention discloses an airplane emergency anti-skid braking system based on an anti-skid electromagnetic valve and a control method. The anti-skid electromagnetic valve and an emergency anti-skid switch are added; an emergency brake indication function is added in the emergency brake valve, so that an original emergency brake system has an anti-skid function. When the anti-skid electromagnetic valve is powered off or an emergency brake signal is invalid, the anti-skid electromagnetic valve is in a long-open state, and the brake pressure output by the emergency brake valve is directly sent to the airplane wheels, so that non-skid emergency brake can still be realized; on the contrary, under the condition that the airplane power supply system is normal, the anti-skid electromagnetic valve enters an anti-skid mode, the anti-skid electromagnetic valve opens/closes the electromagnetic valve, pulse type emergency brake pressure is output, the emergency anti-skid function is achieved, emergency brake prompting can be conducted, and airplane wheel locking and tire burst caused by too large emergency brake pressure and misoperation are avoided. The reliability and the safety of the emergency braking system are effectively improved, and a pilot can use the emergency braking system trustingly.

    一种基于防滑电磁阀的飞机应急防滑刹车系统及控制方法,增加了防滑电磁阀、应急防滑开关;应急刹车阀中增加了应急刹车指示功能,使原有的应急刹车系统具备了防滑功能。当防滑电磁阀断电或应急刹车信号无效时,防滑电磁阀为长通状态,应急刹车阀输出的刹车压力直接送至机轮依然能够实现无防滑的应急刹车;反之在飞机电源系统正常的情况下,防滑电磁阀进入防滑模式,防滑电磁阀打开/关闭电磁阀,输出脉冲式应急刹车压力,实现应急防滑功能,并能够进行应急刹车提示,避免应急刹车压力过大和误操作引起的机轮抱死、爆胎。有效提高了应急刹车系统可靠性、安全性,使飞行员放心的使用应急刹车系统。
