The rear wing rib comprises a fixed part, a flexible part, an upper sliding part and a lower sliding part, the upper sliding part is fixedly connected with the lower sliding part, and the upper sliding part and the lower sliding part are connected to the fixed part by being connected with the flexible part. The fixed part is fixedly connected into the front wing rib, the upper sliding part is arranged in the upper sliding groove in a sliding mode in the length direction of the wing rib, and the lower sliding part is arranged in the lower sliding groove in a sliding mode in the length direction of the wing rib. The invention further provides a wing using the wing rib and an aircraft using the wing. The rigid-flexible coupling structure design is adopted, the flexible structure is high in bending capacity, internal stress generated by deformation of the mechanism is reduced to a great extent, and the service life of the flexible rear edge is prolonged.
