The invention provides an electrowetting fluid transmission self-adaptive active thermal protection device and a control method thereof. The electrowetting fluid transmission self-adaptive active thermal protection device comprises a skin covering the outer surface of an aircraft, a liquid storage tank located on the inner side of the skin, a cooling working medium filled in the liquid storage tank, a capillary tube with one end communicated with the liquid storage tank and the other end extending to the outer surface of the skin, and a control system. The capillary tube is of a multi-layer structure and sequentially comprises a capillary tube wall, an electrode layer and a dielectric hydrophobic layer from outside to inside. The control system is used for collecting environment parameters of the aircraft and obtaining the current skin outer surface temperature, obtaining the magnitude of a corresponding sucking electric signal according to the skin outer surface temperature when the skin outer surface temperature is larger than the skin safety temperature, and outputting the corresponding sucking electric signal to the electrode layer. The supply quantity of the cooling working medium can be accurately regulated and controlled according to the temperature change of the outer surface of the aircraft skin, the consumption of the cooling working medium is reduced while the heat protection effect is ensured to be maximized, and the effective load of the aircraft is improved.

    本发明提供了一种电润湿流体传输自适应主动热防护装置及其控制方法,包括包覆在飞行器外表面上的蒙皮、位于蒙皮内侧的储液池、填充在储液池中的冷却工质、一端与储液池连通,另一端延伸至蒙皮外表面上的毛细管,以及控制系统。所述毛细管为多层结构,由外向内依次包括毛细管壁、电极层和介电疏水层。所述控制系统用于采集飞行器的环境参数并获取当前蒙皮外表面温度,在蒙皮外表面温度大于蒙皮安全温度时根据蒙皮外表面温度获取对应的吮吸电信号的大小,并向电极层输出对应的吮吸电信号。本发明能够根据飞行器蒙皮外表面的温度变化来精确调控冷却工质的供给量,在确保热防护效果最大化的同时降低了冷却工质的消耗量,提升了飞行器的有效载荷。
