The invention discloses a multi-rod-driven automobile self-adaptive headlamp transmission device and a control method thereof, and relates to an automobile self-adaptive lighting system, the multi-rod-driven automobile self-adaptive headlamp transmission device comprises a multi-rod-driven angle adjusting assembly, an automobile lamp assembly and a failure protection rod; wherein the multi-rod driving angle adjusting assembly comprises at least three groups of angle adjusting push rods, and each angle adjusting push rod comprises a base, a movable end and a driving mechanism for driving the movable end to axially move relative to the base; the angle adjusting push rods are evenly arranged on the periphery of the vehicle lamp assembly in the circumferential direction, the vehicle lamp assembly is hinged and supported through the movable ends of the angle adjusting push rods, and bases of the angle adjusting push rods are hinged and fixed in the same plane. A multi-push-rod parallel transmission structure is adopted, so that the mechanical strength and the vibration resistance are greatly enhanced, transmission has no accumulated error, the motion precision is high, and meanwhile, when a motor of one push rod is damaged, the illumination function can be partially self-adapted through motion compensation of other push rods; and a fault reset function is possessed.

    本发明公开了一种多杆驱动的汽车自适应前照灯传动装置及其控制方法,涉及车辆自适应照明系统,包括多杆驱动角度调节组件、车灯组件以及失效保护杆;其中,所述多杆驱动角度调节组件包括至少三组角度调节推杆,所述角度调节推杆包括底座、活动端以及驱动活动端相对于底座轴向运动的驱动机构,所述角度调节推杆周向均匀地布置在车灯组件周围并通过其活动端铰接支承所述车灯组件,所述角度调节推杆的底座被铰接固定在同一平面内。本发明采用多推杆并行传动结构使机械强度和抗振动性能大大增强,传动没有积累误差,运动精度高,同时一路推杆的电机损坏,通过其它推杆的运动补偿,可以部分自适应照明功能;并具有故障复位功能。
