Each horizontal ventilation pipeline and each vertical ventilation pipeline are formed by connecting a plurality of spiral air pipes, and every two adjacent spiral air pipes are connected through air pipe flanges and flange bolts and nuts. The marine engine room ventilation pipeline aims at solving the problems that a traditional engine room ventilation pipeline is large in wind resistance and low in ventilation efficiency.
