本发明涉及一种用于防风罩完整性的建造方法及防风罩,该方法包括:将防风罩和舷墙分别划分为上下对应的若干分段并分别建造,根据有限元分析计算总组时的最大变形量,并在分段总组时加放反变形,设置梁式胎架作为总组胎架,在总组胎架上按照从中间到两侧进行舷墙各分段的总组,然后再按照从中间向两侧进行防风罩各分段的总组,最终形式防风罩总段,然后将防风罩及舷墙整体吊装搭载在船体的艏部甲板上。本发明通过将风罩及舷墙划分成若干分段建造,总组形成防风罩总段后再整体吊装,通过加放反变形的方式解决了吊装过程中出现的变形问题,避免了大量加强的焊接安装及拆除作业。
