The invention relates to a floating platform leveling method based on a pin shaft connector. A double-module floating platform is included. The double-module floating platform structurally comprises a main module and an auxiliary module, a hydraulic rod, a pin shaft and a pressure sensor are installed in the auxiliary module, an auxiliary module shaft sleeve is installed on the auxiliary module, and a main module shaft sleeve is installed on the main module. The leveling method comprises the following steps of: presetting a pressure threshold value delta F on the industrial personal computer; formulating a signal return strategy of the pressure sensor; the real-time stress state of the double-module floating platform is judged; and selecting a corresponding load adjusting mode until the combination of signals returned by the two pressure sensors on the four pin shafts is (00), and driving the corresponding pin shafts to be pulled out from the shaft sleeve of the main module through the four hydraulic rods. The stress state of the pin shaft connector is analyzed through signal combination of the pressure sensors, so that accurate leveling of the double-module floating platform can be achieved, the leveling success rate is effectively increased, the labor cost and the time cost are reduced, and the leveling efficiency is high.
本发明涉及一种基于销轴连接器的浮式平台调平方法,包括双模块浮式平台;双模块浮式平台的结构为:包括主模块、辅模块,辅模块内安装有液压杆、销轴、压力传感器,辅模块上安装有辅模块轴套,主模块上安装有主模块轴套;调平时包括如下步骤:在工控机上预先设置压力阈值ΔF;制定压力传感器的信号返回策略;判断双模块浮式平台的实时受力状态;选择对应的调载方式,直至四个销轴上的两压力传感器返回的信号组合均为(00)时,通过四个液压杆驱动对应的销轴从主模块轴套内拔出。通过压力传感器信号组合对销轴连接器的受力状态进行分析,从而能够实现双模块浮式平台的精准调平,有效提高调平成功率,降低了人力成本和时间成本,调平效率高。
