And inputting the weight center-of-gravity data and the standard bending moment shear force limit line into NAPA software, carrying out preliminary stowage in a half-ship floating state by adopting the NAPA software, and obtaining a current bending moment shear force value in the stowage process. And comparing the current bending moment shearing force value with a standard bending moment shearing force limit line, and determining whether other stowage modes are carried out or not according to stowage and a comparison result. And when loading is carried out in a pressurizing block loading mode, the loading position is determined according to the ultimate bending moment position of the current bending moment shearing force value exceeding the standard bending moment shearing force boundary line, and loading leveling is carried out. Furthermore, the problem that the bending moment shearing force is limited can be accurately and rapidly solved, and then safe floating is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种半船起浮调平方法,该方法包括提供一半船搭载结构,根据半船搭载结构的状态,获取半船搭载结构的重量重心数据,并计算标准弯矩剪力限界线,采用NAPA软件构建半船搭载结构模型,将重量重心数据及标准弯矩剪力限界线输入至NAPA软件中,采用NAPA软件在半船起浮状态下进行初步配载,获取配载过程中的当前弯矩剪力数值。将当前弯矩剪力数值与标准弯矩剪力限界线进行对比,根据配载及对比结果确定是否进行其他配载方式。在采用加压块配载的方式进行配载时,根据当前弯矩剪力数值超出标准弯矩剪力限界线的极限弯矩位置确定配载位置,进行配载调平。进而,本发明能够精准快速地解决弯矩剪力受限的问题,进而保证安全起浮。
