The invention provides a hybrid dual-motor gear shifting process smoothness control method which comprises the following steps: recognizing a gear shifting demand, performing torque reduction on a front-end input shaft, and increasing the torque of a P3 motor according to a wheel torque request; adjusting the rotating speed of the engine, and continuously judging whether the angular speed of the front-end input shaft reaches a first condition or not and whether the time for continuously meeting the first condition reaches a second condition or not; and if the first condition and the second condition are met at the same time, the torque of the front-end input shaft is kept unchanged, the clutch is pressurized to the target torque, the torque of the P3 motor is reduced, and meanwhile it is guaranteed that the clutch torque acceleration is larger than the front-end input shaft torque acceleration. The speed regulation of the engine is judged according to the magnitude and the stability condition of the front-end angular acceleration, meanwhile, the rotating speed of the engine can be stabilized by pressurizing to the target torque, and oscillation is prevented. Meanwhile, the P3 compensation torque is not actual through a wheel edge request and an engine request. And the gear shifting smoothness of the hybrid power double motors can be greatly enhanced.
本发明提供了一种混动双电机换挡过程平顺性控制方法,包括如下步骤:识别到换挡需求,对前端输入轴进行降扭,并根据轮边扭矩请求增加P3电机扭矩;调整发动机转速,持续判断前端输入轴的角速度是否达到第一条件、持续满足第一条件的时间是否达到第二条件;若同时满足第一条件、第二条件,则保持前端输入轴扭矩不变,使离合器加压至目标扭矩,降低P3电机扭矩,同时保证离合器扭矩增速大于前端输入轴扭矩增速。本发明通过前端角加速度的大小及稳定情况来判断发动机调速完成,同时通过加压至目标扭矩,可以稳定发动机转速,防止震荡。同时P3补偿扭矩通过轮边请求和发动机请求而非实际。可以极大增强混动双电机换挡的平顺性。
