The invention provides a service braking control method, a braking system and a storage medium, and relates to the technical field of vehicles. The braking system comprises an oil supply subsystem, a first proportional electromagnetic valve, a differential supercharger, a first electromagnetic valve and an actuator used for controlling a brake which are in fluid connection in sequence. The differential supercharger is connected with the actuator through a first oil way. A first energy accumulator of the braking system is used for keeping a first preset pressure for an actuator during parking braking; the control method comprises the steps of obtaining a service braking intention; determining whether the brake system is normal based on the oil pressure information and the current signal information of the brake system; when the braking system is normal, the differential supercharger is in fluid connection with the actuator, the first energy accumulator is disconnected with fluid of the first oil way, and the controller adjusts the opening degree of the first proportional electromagnetic valve based on the magnitude of oil pressure needed by the actuator; and when the braking system is abnormal, the controller executes the corresponding service braking mode according to the type of the fault mode. The control method is simple and high in reliability.
