The invention discloses an electric vehicle cluster charging and discharging control method and system, and relates to the field of electric power Internet of Things, and the method comprises the steps: predicting the charging demand of an electric vehicle cluster through statistical analysis of historical data, and calculating a charging tendency coefficient through combining a current power grid state and a vehicle charging demand, electric vehicles urgently needing to be charged are screened through the charging tendency coefficient and are charged preferentially, the power grid load balance is considered while the vehicle charging requirement is guaranteed, the charging resource utilization efficiency is improved, finally, the charging time period and power are adjusted in a self-adaptive mode by comprehensively considering multiple factors, and safe and stable operation of a power grid is guaranteed. The charging demand of the electric vehicle is met to the maximum extent, and the charging demand of the vehicle can be considered while the load balance and economical efficiency optimization of the power grid are guaranteed.

    一种电动汽车集群充放电控制方法及系统,涉及电力物联网领域,该方法包括:通过统计分析历史数据预测电动汽车集群的充电需求,其次结合当前电网状态和车辆充电需求计算充电倾向系数,再通过充电倾向系数筛选急需充电的电动汽车并优先充电,在保障车辆充电需求同时兼顾电网负荷平衡,提高充电资源利用效率,最后综合考虑多方面因素自适应调节充电时段和功率,在确保电网安全稳定运行的同时,最大程度满足电动汽车充电需求,能够在保障电网负荷平衡和经济性优化的同时,兼顾车辆充电需求。
