    本发明公开了河道清淤污泥翻起装置及清淤装置,涉及河道清淤设备技术领域,具体为,一种河道清淤污泥翻起装置,包括翻泥组件和拖拽组件,所述拖拽组件与翻泥组件固定连接,用于拖拽所述翻泥组件沿设定方向进给;所述翻泥组件包括:第一绞龙,通过第一电机驱动,且所述第一绞龙的外壳外周设置有连通内腔的进泥槽和顶管,所述顶管用于连通外置的负压装置;本河道清淤污泥翻起装置及清淤装置,采用底部加装绞龙的方式,将淤泥聚集,供负压管道吸附,提升单次吸附的作业面积,提升吸附效率,同时在绞龙前端增加铲板,以适应硬质或粘稠淤泥的使用,并且增加齿板,对类似水草等的长条物进行过滤,避免其缠绕绞龙或进入管道造成的堵塞停机问题。
