The invention belongs to the technical field of lifting equipment, and particularly relates to a flexible lifting appliance with an adjustable lifting object posture and a lifting method. The device comprises a sling assembly, a hydraulic oil cylinder, a hanging bracket, a dynamic double-shaft tilt angle sensor, a pump station and a control center, one end of the sling assembly is a free end, and the other end of the sling assembly is hinged to the upper surface of the hanging bracket by taking the center of the hanging bracket as a symmetric center; the number of the hydraulic oil cylinders is matched with that of the sling components; each hydraulic oil cylinder is hinged to the upper surface of the hanging bracket and located on the connecting line of the hinge point of the corresponding sling assembly and the hanging bracket and the center of the hanging bracket, and the output end of each hydraulic oil cylinder is hinged to the sling assembly of the corresponding limb. The pump station and the control center are connected to the hanging bracket; the dynamic double-shaft tilt angle sensor is connected to a hanging object; the dynamic double-shaft tilt angle sensor is in electric signal connection with the pump station and the control center. When the lifting appliance is used for lifting a lifted object, a sling does not need to be added, the length of the sling can be adjusted by controlling the hydraulic oil cylinder, and the purpose of accurately adjusting the posture of the lifted object is achieved.

    本发明属于吊装设备技术领域,具体涉及一种吊物姿态可调的柔性吊具及吊装方法。本发明包括吊索组件、液压油缸、吊架、动态双轴倾角传感器和泵站及控制中心;吊索组件至少设置两肢,吊索组件的一端均为自由端,另一端以吊架中心为对称中心铰接在吊架上表面;液压油缸的个数与吊索组件肢数匹配;每个液压油缸分别铰接在吊架上表面且位于对应吊索组件与吊架的铰接点和吊架中心连线上,液压油缸输出端铰接在对应肢的吊索组件上;泵站及控制中心连接在吊架上;动态双轴倾角传感器连接在吊物上;动态双轴倾角传感器与泵站及控制中心电信号连接。本发明在吊装吊物时,不需要增加吊索,通过控制液压油缸即可调整吊索长度,达到精确调整吊物姿态的目的。
