The invention discloses a lifting appliance for finely adjusting the posture of a fabricated building. The lifting appliance comprises three suspension ropes connected to the lower end of a hoisting rope in a circumferential array through a knot, and a leveling-type lifting appliance is further included and fixedly suspended by the three suspension ropes; three lifting ropes are distributed at thelower part of the leveling-type lifting appliance in a circumferential array mode, and lifting hooks are fixedly connected to the lower ends of the three lifting ropes correspondingly; and the threelifting hooks can hook a hoisted building component, so that the building component is hoisted. According to the lifting appliance for finely adjusting the posture of the fabricated building, the posture can be further finely adjusted while the height of the hoisted building component can be finely adjusted.
