The invention discloses an automatic uplink overspeed test method, which comprises a terminal, an uplink overspeed protection device and an elevator control system, and comprises the following steps: the terminal starts a self-test; the car runs to the bottom layer without opening the door; the elevator runs upwards at a preset running speed; the running speed is automatically calculated by an elevator control system and mapped to associated parameters; the ascending overspeed protection device acts, the safety circuit is disconnected, and the elevator stops running; displaying test success, and generating a test report; the test mapping parameter is recovered to the pre-test parameter, and the uplink overspeed protection device is reset; and completing the test. The elevator uses a frequency converter to drive a motor for testing at the test speed of the ascending overspeed operation instead of a traditional manual operation sliding mode, so that the whole test is safer and more controllable. The method has the advantages that testing is more convenient, and the requirement for personnel is relatively low.
本发明公开了一种上行超速自动测试方法,包括终端、上行超速保护装置和电梯控制系统,步骤为:终端启动自测试;轿厢运行至底层且不开门;电梯以预设的运行速度向上运行;所述运行速度由电梯控制系统自动计算并映射至关联参数;上行超速保护装置动作,安全回路断开,电梯停止运行;显示测试成功,生成测试报告;测试映射参数恢复至测试前参数,复位上行超速保护装置;完成测试。用电梯使用变频器驱动电机的方式以上行超速速度运行的测试速度进行测试,而非传统的人工操作溜车模式,整个测试更为安全可控。本发明具有测试更方便,对人员要求相对更低的优点。
