本申请涉及一种电子机械制动间隙补偿控制方法、装置、设备及介质,方法包括:在制动间隙消除阶段,当电机电流稳定时,所述电机处于空载状态,电机保持匀速转动,实时监测电机的转角加速度;当卡钳接触到电子机械制动器的制动盘时,电机处于带负载状态,检测转角加速度是否小于预设阈值,若小于,将电机的当前电机轴角度对应的位置作为基准角度位置;使电机的电机轴回退至本次制动循环的基准角度位置后,控制卡钳继续回退一个预设制动间隙;基于预设制动间隙计算确定电机的电机轴的预设回位角度,电机的电机轴保持预设回位角度位置直至进入下一次制动循环。本申请实现制动间隙的自动补偿,避免了因刹车片磨损导致制动响应变慢的问题。
