The invention relates to a self-adjustment control method for an electronic mechanical brake clearance of an electric vehicle. Compared with the prior art, the defects that the initial brake clearance is difficult to calibrate and the self-adaptive adjustment of the clearance cannot be realized are overcome. The method comprises the following steps: designing a working stage conversion module; calculating an accurate target position; reconstructing a position closed-loop control system; the invention discloses clearance self-adjustment control of electronic mechanical braking. According to the method, the initial clearance of the electronic mechanical braking system is calibrated by obtaining the accurate position closed-loop reference value, accurate clearance compensation is achieved by obtaining the contact limit position, the separation limit position and the clearance adjusting position, and self-adjusting control is achieved according to the target clearance.
本发明涉及一种电动汽车电子机械制动间隙自调节控制方法,与现有技术相比解决了初始制动间隙校准困难,无法实现间隙自适应调节的缺陷。本发明包括以下步骤:工作阶段转换模块的设计;精确目标位置的计算;位置闭环控制系统的重建;电子机械制动的间隙自调节控制。本发明通过获取精确的位置闭环参考值,实现对电子机械制动系统初始间隙的校准,通过接触极限位置、分离极限位置和间隙调节位置的获取实现精确的间隙补偿,根据目标间隙实现自调节控制。
