The vehicle redundant braking system comprises an intelligent integrated braking controller, a first power domain controller and a second power domain controller. The first power domain controller is used for controlling the driving motor to carry out energy recovery based on the first braking energy recovery torque instruction, and when the intelligent integrated braking controller fails, the driving motor is controlled to carry out energy recovery based on a second braking energy recovery torque instruction determined by itself; and the second power domain controller is used for controlling the driving motor to perform energy recovery based on the first braking energy recovery torque instruction when the first power domain controller fails. The first power domain controller can generate the second braking energy recovery torque instruction based on the self-collected braking instruction so as to control the driving motor to carry out energy recovery, the whole vehicle braking force is filled through braking energy recovery of the driving motor, and the potential safety hazard of user driving is reduced.
