The invention provides a ship berthing area identification method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining an AIS data set in a to-be-identified time period of a to-be-identified area, and carrying out the preprocessing of the AIS data set, and obtaining a waypoint set; wherein the waypoint set comprises a plurality of waypoints, and each waypoint comprises waypoint longitude, waypoint latitude and waypoint time; based on a specified DBSCSN algorithm, on the basis of a preset density threshold and a target domain radius, clustering processing is carried out on the multiple waypoints in the waypoint set, and a plurality of clusters are obtained; wherein the distance algorithm in the specified DBSCAN algorithm is a semi-versine formula; and determining a parking area corresponding to each cluster according to the plurality of clusters. According to the scheme, the berthing area of the ship is efficiently and accurately identified based on the AIS data.
