The invention discloses a positioning and ejecting device for ultrasonic flaw detection of a wheel axle and a wheel set, which comprises a connecting rod mechanism and a driving mechanism for driving the connecting rod mechanism to act, and the connecting rod mechanism comprises at least two connecting rods hinged to each other; the driving mechanism can drive the connecting rod mechanism to act, the included angle between every two adjacent connecting rods connected in a hinged mode is changed, a wheel pushing structure protruding upwards is formed at the hinged position of every two adjacent connecting rods connected in a hinged mode, and wheels are pushed out of the track. Or the connecting rod mechanism is driven to act, so that the end part of one connecting rod of the connecting rod mechanism tilts upwards to form a positioning structure, the wheels are prevented from advancing, and the wheels are positioned on the track. According to the designed positioning and ejecting device, the connecting rod mechanism is driven to act through the driving mechanism, positioning and ejecting of the wheels are achieved, manual operation is not needed in the whole process, the detection and positioning accuracy of the wheel shafts and the wheel sets can be guaranteed, the positioning and ejecting actions are fast, the detection efficiency is high, and the device is simple in structure and low in cost.

    本发明公开了一种用于轮轴、轮对超声波探伤检测的定位及顶出装置,包括连杆机构和用于驱动连杆机构动作的驱动机构,所述连杆机构包括至少两根铰接连接的连杆;所述驱动机构可驱动所述连杆机构动作、改变相邻两根铰接连接的连杆的夹角、使相邻两根铰接连接的连杆的铰接处形成向上凸起的推轮结构、将车轮推出轨道;或者,驱动所述连杆机构动作、使所述连杆机构的其中一根连杆的端部向上翘起形成定位结构、阻挡车轮前进、使车轮在轨道上定位。本发明所设计的定位及顶出装置通过驱动机构驱动连杆机构动作,实现对车轮的定位和顶出,全程无需人工操作,可保证轮轴、轮对检测定位的精准度,定位和顶出动作快,检测效率高,装置结构简单且成本低。
