The invention discloses a movable supporting platform for ultrasonic flaw detection of a wheel shaft and a wheel set, which comprises a movable platform capable of reciprocating along the axis direction of the wheel set, a track used for bearing and positioning wheels on the left side and the right side of the wheel pair and a positioning and ejecting device used for driving the wheels to leave the track or positioning the wheels on the track are fixed to the movable platform. The water tank is used for infiltrating the bottoms of wheels on the left side and the right side of the wheel set, and a rim flaw detection probe used for emitting ultrasonic waves to wheel treads and performing flaw detection on rims is arranged in the water tank. The designed movable supporting platform bears wheels through the rails, the wheels are positioned through the positioning and ejecting device, detection and positioning of axles and wheel sets are achieved, the water tank can be moved to the position under the wheels through the movable platform, the bottoms of the wheels are soaked in the water tank, and then flaw detection can be conducted on the rims through the rim flaw detection probes in the water tank; and after the rim is detected, the positioning and ejection device pushes the wheel pair out of the track.

    本发明公开了一种用于轮轴、轮对超声波探伤检测的移动式支撑平台,包括可沿轮对的轴线方向往复移动的移动平台,移动平台上固定有用于承载并定位轮对左右两侧车轮的轨道、驱动车轮离开轨道或使车轮在轨道上定位的定位及顶出装置;以及用于浸润轮对左右两侧车轮底部的水箱,水箱内部设置有用于向车轮踏面发射超声波、对轮辋进行探伤的轮辋探伤探头。本发明所设计的移动式支撑平台通过轨道承载车轮,由定位及顶出装置定位车轮,实现轮轴、轮对的检测定位,移动平台可将水箱移动至车轮正下方,车轮底部浸润于水箱内,即可利用水箱内的轮辋探伤探头对轮辋进行探伤,待轮辋检测完成后,定位及顶出装置将轮对向外推出轨道。
