The invention provides a steel wire rope speed control method and system for a fence type winding drum, and the method comprises the steps: calculating the rope outlet speed proportion of a current steel wire rope in each hoisting mechanism according to the diameter of the fence type winding drum, the diameter of the steel wire rope and the intermediate diameter of the current steel wire rope in each hoisting mechanism; the speed of the hoisting mechanism is adjusted according to the calculated rope outlet speed proportion, and the rope outlet speed of each layer in the hoisting mechanism is consistent; the actual positions of the fence-type winding drums of the main hoisting mechanism and the auxiliary hoisting mechanism are calculated according to the length of a full-circle steel wire rope in each hoisting mechanism, the length of a current-circle steel wire rope, the total winding pulse number of a first-layer steel wire rope and the hoisting height of each pulse of the first-layer steel wire rope, and the position deviation of the main hoisting mechanism and the auxiliary hoisting mechanism before hoisting is combined; and the positions of the hoisting mechanisms are compared, and when the positions are different, the rope outlet speed of the hoisting mechanisms is adjusted, so that the position synchronization of the main hoisting mechanism and the slave hoisting mechanism of the crane is realized.
本发明提出了一种用于篱笆式卷筒的钢丝绳速度控制方法及系统,根据每个起升机构中篱笆式卷筒的直径、钢丝绳直径和当前钢丝绳中径,计算每个起升机构中当前钢丝绳出绳速度比例,根据所计算的出绳速度比例对起升机构速度进行调节,实现起升机构中每层出绳速度一致;通过每个起升机构中满圈钢丝绳长度、当前圈钢丝绳长度、第一层钢丝绳缠绕总脉冲数和第一层钢丝绳每个脉冲起升高度计算主起升机构和从起升机构的篱笆式卷筒实际位置,结合主起升机构和从起升机构起升前的位置偏差,将各个起升机构的位置进行对比,在位置不同时,对起升机构的出绳速度进行调整,实现起重机主起升机构和从起升机构位置同步。
