The invention relates to a hydraulic control system for a front lifting appliance. The hydraulic control system comprises a front-back swing control system, a rotation control system, a lateral inclination control system, a lateral movement control system and a telescopic distance adjusting and lock opening and closing control system. The front-back swing control system is used for controlling the front-back swing action, the front-back swing speed and the front-back swing angle of the front lifting appliance; the rotation control system is used for controlling the rotation action and the rotation speed of the front lifting appliance; the lateral inclination control system is used for controlling the left lateral inclination and the right lateral inclination of the front lifting appliance; the lateral movement control system is used for controlling the lateral movement action and the lateral movement speed of the front lifting appliance; and the telescopic distance adjusting and lock opening and closing control system is used for controlling the telescopic distance adjusting and lock opening and closing of the front lifting appliance. The six functions of front-back swing, rotation, lateral inclination, left-right lateral movement, distance adjustment, unlocking and locking and the like of the lifting appliance can be achieved, and it is guaranteed that containers can be effectively grabbed and flexibly stacked.

    本发明涉及一种正面吊具液压控制系统,其包括前后摆动控制系统、回转控制系统、侧向倾斜控制系统、侧移控制系统以及伸缩调距及锁头开闭控制系统。前后摆动控制系统用于控制正面吊具的前后摆动动作、前后摆动速度及前后摆动角度;回转控制系统用于控制正面吊具的回转动作及回转速度;侧向倾斜控制系统用于控制正面吊具的左侧向倾斜和右侧向倾斜;侧移控制系统用于控制正面吊具的侧移动作及侧移速度;伸缩调距及锁头开闭控制系统用于控制正面吊具的伸缩调距及锁头开闭。本发明能够满足吊具前后摆动、回转、侧向倾斜、左右侧移、调距、开闭锁等六大功能,保证能够有效抓取集装箱、灵活堆放集装箱。
