The invention provides a reach stacker mechanical leg and a light-weight reach stacker, and relates to the technical field of port engineering machinery, the reach stacker mechanical leg comprises a landing leg mounting frame connected to the front end of a reach stacker frame and provided with a landing leg fixing frame of a cavity structure; one end of the lifting mechanism is connected to the supporting leg mounting frame through the cavity structure of the supporting leg fixing frame; the supporting leg mechanism is connected with the lifting mechanism and is in multi-angle change with the lifting mechanism; the reach stacker mechanical leg connected to the front of the reach stacker frame serves as the moment balance center of the reach stacker, the moment balance center of the front wheel of the reach stacker moves forwards to achieve far-row lifting without balance weights or with few balance weights, in addition, the reach stacker mechanical leg can contract in a semi-arc mode and swing front and back, the conventional supporting operation time is shortened, and the working efficiency is improved. Therefore, the reach stacker has the advantages of light self weight and low operation energy consumption, the cost is greatly saved, and the universality is wide.

    本发明提供一种正面吊机械腿及轻量化正面吊,涉及港口工程机械技术领域,包括连接在正面吊车架前端的具有呈空腔结构的支腿固定架的支腿安装架;一端利用所述支腿固定架的空腔结构连接在支腿安装架上的升降机构;与升降机构连接,并与其呈多角度变化的支腿机构;本发明利用连接在正面吊车架前方的正面吊机械腿作为正面吊的力矩平衡中心,使正面吊的前轮力矩平衡中心前移实现了无配重或较少配重的远排起吊,此外正面吊机械腿还能够呈半圆弧收缩并前后摆动,缩短了常规支撑作业时长,使正面吊具有自重小、作业能耗低的优点,极大的节约了成本,普适性广。
