The invention provides an aircraft oxygen system test platform and a test method. The test platform comprises an environment chamber used for simulating the environment in an aircraft chamber; the simulation cabin is arranged in the environment cabin; the oxygen supply anti-load regulator and the simulation dummy are arranged in the simulation cabin, the oxygen supply anti-load regulator is connected with the automatic test control system, and the simulation dummy is connected with the automatic test control system through the breathing simulator; the standby oxygen device and the oxygen generating device are arranged in the environment cabin and outside the simulation cabin, the standby oxygen device is connected with the automatic test control system through gas source equipment, and the oxygen generating device is connected with the automatic test control system through a gas detector; the automatic test control system is used for controlling the oxygen anti-load regulator, the breathing simulator, the gas detector and the gas source equipment to start or stop; and the environmental control test equipment is connected with the automatic test control system and is used for providing environmental control conditions or requirements required by the oxygen system test.
