The invention discloses an aircraft actuator simulation loading test platform and method, and relates to the field of control systems. The platform comprises an actuator test board arranged at the top of the fixed platform, a loading spring group and a fixed rear support; in the actuator test bench, the top of a first base is sequentially provided with a fixed support, a movable support, a rigidity simulator and an actuator rear moving seat in the axial direction, the top of a second base is slidably connected with an actuator front moving seat, a grating ruler and an inertia simulator are fixed to the side face of the second base, and a tested actuator is arranged between the actuator front moving seat and the actuator rear moving seat. According to the invention, the real working state of the actuator can be simulated in the loading test, more accurate working data can be obtained, and the test result is more real and reliable. The platform adopts a mode of combining a rigid tool and a flexible tool, is compact in structure, firm and durable, can quickly reconstruct and adjust the positioner so as to adapt to different actuator appearances, and greatly shortens the time of an actuator loading test process.
本发明公开了一种飞机作动器模拟加载测试平台及方法,涉及控制系统领域。平台包括设置于固定平台顶部的作动器测试台、加载弹簧组和固定后支座;作动器测试台中,第一底座的顶部沿轴向依次设有固定支座、可移动支座、刚度模拟器和作动器后移动座,第二底座顶部滑动连接有作动器前移动座,侧面固定有光栅尺和惯量模拟器,作动器前移动座与作动器后移动座之间设有被测作动器。本发明能够在加载测试中模拟作动器真实工作状态,获得更加准确的工作数据,使测试结果更加真实可靠。该平台采用刚性工装和柔性工装相结合方式,结构紧凑,坚固耐用,可以快速重构调整定位器以便适应不同的作动器外形,大幅度缩短作动器加载测试过程时间。
