A liquid spraying pipe is arranged in the liquid discharging frame, the end, away from the liquid outlet pipe, of the hose is fixedly connected with the liquid spraying pipe in an inserted mode, an adjusting assembly is arranged in the liquid spraying pipe and comprises a plurality of liquid outlet holes formed in the bottom of the liquid spraying pipe, the adjusting assembly further comprises a connecting frame slidably connected into the liquid spraying pipe, and a plurality of blocking rods are arranged in the connecting frame. The bottom of the blocking rod is obliquely arranged, the outer wall of the blocking rod is fixedly connected with a plurality of fin plates, the sides, away from the blocking rod, of the fin plates are attached to the inner sides of the liquid outlet holes, through cooperation of the structure, the size of thrown fog drops can be adjusted according to wind power in the flying process, and therefore the utilization rate of fertilizer can be increased.
