The invention discloses a charging method using constant voltage heating, which belongs to the field of new energy electric vehicle charging, and comprises the following steps: S1, an electric vehicle is quickly charged by inserting a gun, the whole vehicle is self-checked to be correct, and a quick charging process is entered if a quick charging condition is met; s2, judging a BMS fast charging state and a charging mode, detecting the temperature of each current group of batteries in real time, and judging the charging mode according to the temperature of the lowest group in each group of batteries: 1) when the lowest temperature of a single battery is less than or equal to 0 DEG C, entering a step S3 to a constant-voltage charging mode; (2) when the lowest temperature of the monomer is greater than or equal to 0 DEG C, entering a step (S4) constant-current charging mode; s3, a constant-voltage charging mode; s4, a constant current charging mode; according to the charging method, during low-temperature charging, a constant-voltage battery pack heating mode is adopted, it can be guaranteed that the current entering the battery pack can be controlled to fluctuate within a small range before the temperature of the battery pack rises to the proper charging temperature, and attenuation of the battery capacity and the service life during low-temperature charging is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种使用恒压加热的充电方法,属于新能源电动汽车充电领域,本发明包括步骤S1:电动车插枪快充,整车自检无误,且满足快充条件,进入快充流程;步骤S2:BMS快充充电状态,充电模式判断流程,实时检测当前各组电池温度,根据各组电池中最低一组的温度判断充电模式:1)单体最低温度小于等于0℃时,进入步骤S3恒压充电模式;2)单体最低温度大于等于0℃时,进入步骤S4恒流充电模式;步骤S3:恒压充电模式;步骤S4:恒流充电模式;步骤S5:充电完成,该充电方法在低温充电时,采用恒压加热电池包方式,可以保证在电池包温度未上升至合适充电温度前,可以控制进入电池包电流在小范围内波动,降低低温充电时对电池容量和寿命衰减。
