The invention belongs to the technical field of installation of chemical equipment, and particularly relates to a lifting and translation installation method for a tray supporting beam of a super-large raffinate tower. The tower tray supporting beam in the whole equipment can be hoisted only by a few hoisting devices, the tower tray supporting beam is gradually transported to the center in the tower by utilizing the self weight of the tower tray supporting beam, a traction device in the tower does not need to be arranged, and the installation cost is greatly reduced; the first-stage preset supporting beam and the second-stage preset supporting beam serve as supporting beams of the tower tray and are left in the tower, the mounting process is reasonable, and waste of workpieces is reduced to the maximum extent; the weight of the lower part is always large, and the overall stability of the tower body is ensured in the mounting process; by means of repeated process installation of the three-stage tower body supporting beam, the construction familiarity and smoothness are improved, the construction period can be greatly shortened, the installation quality is guaranteed, and the method can be widely used in hoisting construction of ultra-large tower supporting beams.

    本发明属于化工设备安装技术领域,具体涉及一种超大抽余液塔塔盘支撑梁提升平移安装方法。本发明只需少数几台吊运装置即可完成整个设备中塔盘支撑梁的吊装,利用塔盘支撑梁的自重逐步倒运进塔内中心,无需设置塔内牵引装置,极大地降低了安装成本;一级预设支撑梁和二级预设支撑梁作为塔盘本身是支撑梁留在塔内,安装工序合理,最大限度的减少了工件的浪费;从下至上逐步吊装,始终下部质量大,安装过程保证了塔体整体的稳定性;三级塔体支撑梁重复式的流程化安装,提高了施工熟悉度和流畅性,可以大大缩短施工期,且保证安装质量,可广泛在超大型塔器支撑梁的吊装施工中使用。
