The invention discloses an assembly type self-climbing tower crane supporting beam device and an installation method. The installation method comprises the steps that firstly, a first main beam is connected with a semi-finished frame and integrally and horizontally conveyed to a first layer in a cylinder from a hole in the side wall of the core cylinder; the first main beam connecting semi-finished frame entering the core tube is integrally pulled to the first side of the core tube; the first main beam is hoisted and kept balanced; the second main beam is pulled to the second side of the core tube according to the operation steps of the first main beam and is hoisted to keep balance; after the first main beam and the second main beam are adjusted and aligned, an anti-torsion beam is installed between the first main beam and the second main beam, and the first main beam and the second main beam are connected into an integral supporting beam; and after auxiliary equipment is laid, the supporting beam is lifted to the elevation through hoisting equipment, and the telescopic beam penetrates into the hole for supporting. According to the scheme, the hole of the core tube is fully utilized, the problem that installation is blocked by the creeping formwork is solved through the modes of fragmented integral hoisting and in-tube assembly, the installation time is greatly shortened, and the construction period is shortened.

    本发明公开了一种装配式自攀爬塔吊支撑梁装置及安装方法,其首先第一主梁连接半品框架整体从核心筒侧壁的洞口水平运送至筒内的第一层;将进入核心筒内的第一主梁连接半品框架整体拉至核心筒的第一侧;将第一主梁吊起并保持平衡;再将第二主梁按照第一主梁的操作步骤将其拉至核心筒的第二侧并吊起保持平衡;将第一主梁和第二主梁调整对位后,在其中间进行防扭梁的安装,将第一主梁和第二主梁连接为整体支撑梁;铺设辅助设备后采用起重设备将支撑梁提升至标高,将伸缩梁深入洞口支撑。本方案充分利用核心筒自有洞口,通过分片整体吊装、筒内装配的方式,解决了爬模阻挡安装的问题,大幅减少安装时间,缩短施工工期。
