The invention relates to the technical field of auxiliary driving, and provides a traffic signal lamp color complementing method and device. According to the method, when it is determined that a vehicle driver is a person with color weakness, a target image acquired by a camera device is converted into a target color gamut image, a traffic signal lamp area is determined in the target color gamut image, and then the traffic signal lamp area is determined; and finally, controlling a target area corresponding to the traffic light area in the vehicle windshield to open a color complementing lens to complement the color of the traffic light, thereby helping a color weakness driver to correctly identify the traffic light, improving the driving safety, and improving the user experience.

    本申请涉及辅助驾驶技术领域,提供了一种交通信号灯补色方法及补色装置。该方法通过在确定车辆驾驶员为色弱人员时,将摄像装置获取的目标图像转换为目标色域图像,并在目标色域图像中确定交通信号灯区域,进而确定出交通信号灯区域,最后控制车辆挡风玻璃中对应交通信号灯区域的目标区域开启补色镜片,对交通信号灯进行补色,从而能够帮助色弱驾驶员正确识别红绿灯,提高了驾驶安全性,提升了用户体验。
