The invention discloses a moving and storing method for a large-span inverted siphon assembly type arch box. The moving and storing method comprises the following steps that an arch box storage site is leveled; a supporting structure used for placing the arch box is arranged on the storage site; the arch box is hoisted to a supporting structure of a storage site through hoisting equipment; when the arch box is hoisted, a steel wire mesh is arranged at the bottom of the arch box, then two steel wire ropes are used for correspondingly binding the two ends of the arch box, the steel wire mesh is located between the steel wire ropes and the bottom face of the arch box and wraps the two bottom corners of the arch box, and the ends, away from the arch box, of the steel wire ropes are connected with hoisting equipment. And repeating the step of hoisting the arch box. The two steel wire ropes are correspondingly bound to the two ends of the arch box correspondingly, so that the state is more stable when the arch box is hoisted. The two bottom corners of the arch box are in contact with the steel wire mesh, so that compression abrasion of the bottom corners of the arch box to the steel wire rope is avoided as far as possible, the problem of abrasion fracture of the steel wire rope is reduced, and the hoisting safety of the arch box is improved.

    本申请公开了一种大跨度倒虹吸管装配式拱箱的移存储方法,包括如下步骤:整平拱箱存放场地;在存放场地设置用于放置拱箱的支撑结构;利用吊运设备将拱箱吊运到存放场地的支撑结构上;吊运拱箱时,在拱箱底部设置钢丝网,然后利用两条钢丝绳分别对应绑缚拱箱的两端部位,钢丝网位于钢丝绳与拱箱底面之间,钢丝网包住拱箱的两个底角,钢丝绳远离拱箱的一端连接吊运设备;重复上述吊运拱箱的步骤。本申请中两条钢丝绳分别对应绑缚拱箱的两端,使拱箱吊起时的状态更为稳定。拱箱的两个底角与钢丝网接触,以尽可能避免拱箱底角对钢丝绳的压迫的磨损,从而减少钢丝绳磨损断裂的问题,进而提高拱箱吊运的安全性。
