The invention provides a connecting structure of an instrument panel tubular beam and a front wall and a vehicle. The connecting structure comprises a mounting bracket arranged at the bottom of the instrument panel tubular beam, a connecting bracket between the mounting bracket and the front part of the instrument panel tubular beam, and a reinforcing plate between the mounting bracket and the rear part of the instrument panel tubular beam; a cavity is defined by the connecting support and the mounting support. According to the connecting structure of the instrument panel tubular beam and the front wall, the mounting bracket which is arranged at the bottom of the instrument panel tubular beam and is used for mounting the steering column, the connecting bracket which is connected between the front parts of the mounting bracket and the instrument panel tubular beam, and the reinforcing plate which is connected between the rear parts of the mounting bracket and the instrument panel tubular beam are arranged; the connection strength between the instrument panel tubular beam and the front wall is improved, the rigidity of the connection structure is improved through the cavity defined by the connection support and the installation support, transmission of external excitation to the steering tubular column is effectively reduced, and then the problem that a steering wheel shakes is solved.

    本发明提供了一种仪表板管梁与前围的连接结构及车辆,所述连接结构包括设于仪表板管梁底部的安装支架,以及安装支架与仪表板管梁两者前部之间的连接支架,与安装支架与仪表板管梁两者后部之间的加强板;连接支架与安装支架之间围构形成有腔体。本发明所述的仪表板管梁与前围的连接结构,通过设于仪表板管梁底部用于安装转向管柱的安装支架,连接在安装支架与仪表板管梁两者前部之间的连接支架,以及连接在安装支架与仪表板管梁两者后部之间设置的加强板,利于提高仪表板管梁与前围之间的连接强度,并通过连接支架与安装支架之间围构形成的腔体,利于提高连接结构的刚度,从而有效减少外界激励向转向管柱的传递,进而缓解方向盘抖动的问题。
