The invention relates to a front wall cross beam and threshold pipe beam structure and a forming method of a pipe beam. Comprising left and right doorsill tubular beams, a front wall tubular beam and a cross beam connecting piece. The left and right doorsill tubular beams are welded with the front wall tubular beam through the cross beam connecting piece, and the welding points of the left and right doorsill tubular beams and the front wall tubular beam are arranged at the ends. The forming method comprises the steps that firstly, a steel plate in a specific shape is purchased and bent into an O shape in a U-shaped mold, and then a pipe beam is formed through tailored blank laser welding; 2, heating to a temperature exceeding 780 DEG C to fully austenitize the material; (3) putting into a forming mold, blowing high-pressure gas, and forming a required structure; 4, quenching in a mold to martensite the material; and 5, cutting the end head and the required functional hole by adopting laser. The welding spots are only distributed at the ends, so that the risk that the welding spots are broken in the collision process is reduced. An internal high-pressure hot air expansion process is adopted for forming, the material utilization rate exceeds 90%, and only 1-2 sets of molds are needed for each pipe beam. Welding edges are not needed, so that a vehicle body is lighter, and the collision performance is better.

    本发明是一种前围横梁与门槛管粱结构及管梁的成型方法。包括左、右门槛管梁、前围管梁和横梁连接件。左、右门槛管梁与前围管梁通过横梁连接件焊接,左、右门槛管梁与前围管梁的焊点设置在端头处。成型方法包括:一、采购特定形状的钢板,在U型模具中弯曲成O型,然后激光拼焊形成管粱;二、加热超过780℃的温度,使材料充分奥氏体化;三、放入成型模具中,吹入高压气体,成型所需结构;四、在模具中淬火使材料马氏体化;五、采用激光切割端头及所需的功能用孔。本发明的焊点仅分布在端头,降低了碰撞过程中焊点开焊的风险。成型采用内高压热气涨工艺,材料利用率超过90%,每根管粱仅需要1‑2套模具。无需焊接边,使车身更轻、碰撞性能更优。
