The invention discloses a long-distance gradually-changed braking force friction plate type energy absorber which comprises a machine base, a fixed mandrel fixed to the machine base, a secondary roller, a sliding nut, a plurality of springs, a pressing block and a main roller. The secondary roller, the sliding nut, the springs, the pressing block and the main roller are sequentially and coaxially connected to the fixed mandrel in series from left to right. The main steel wire rope is wound on the main roller, the secondary steel wire rope is wound on the secondary roller, the fixed friction plates are installed on the fixed mandrel, the movable friction plates make coaxial alternate contact with the fixed friction plates and are installed in holes of the main roller, and the secondary steel wire rope is fixedly connected with the extending end of the main steel wire rope. An external thread of a sliding nut is matched with an internal thread B of a secondary roller, the external thread B of the secondary roller is matched with an internal thread A in a machine base, and the rotation direction of the external thread B is the same as that of the internal thread B. When a sports car brakes, a secondary steel wire rope drives the secondary roller to rotate so that the secondary roller can move towards the compression spring side. And the thread pitch of the external thread B is slightly larger than that of the internal thread B, so that the sliding nut slowly compresses the spring to increase friction force, the long-distance mechanical autonomous buffering braking advantage is achieved, and the human/machine safety is effectively guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种长距渐变制动力摩擦片式吸能器,包括机座、固定于机座的固定心轴、从左向右依次同轴串于固定心轴的次滚筒、滑动螺母、若干弹簧、压紧块和主滚筒,绕于主滚筒的主钢丝绳和绕于次滚筒的次钢丝绳、安装于固定心轴的若干定摩擦片、与定摩擦片同轴交替接触且安装于主滚筒孔内的若干动摩擦片,次钢丝绳与主钢丝绳的伸出端固接;以滑动螺母的外螺纹与次滚筒内螺纹B配合,次滚筒外螺纹B与机座中内螺纹A配合,外螺纹B与内螺纹B旋向相同,跑车制动时次钢丝绳带动次滚筒旋转使其向压紧弹簧侧运动,且以外螺纹B螺距略大于内螺纹B使得滑动螺母缓慢压紧弹簧来增加摩擦力,具有长距离机械自主式缓冲制动优势,有效保障人/机安全性。
