The invention provides a brake drum failure early warning method, device and equipment and a readable storage medium. The method comprises the steps that the total energy of single-time braking is calculated according to the mass of a whole vehicle, the initial braking speed and the final braking speed; according to the single-time braking total energy, the braking force distribution ratio of the axle where the target brake is located and the number of wheels, single-time braking energy is obtained through calculation; single ideal temperature rise is calculated according to the single braking energy, the mass of the brake drum, the specific heat capacity of the brake drum, the mass of a heated metal piece connected with the brake drum on the single side of the axle and the specific heat capacity of the heated metal piece, and single actual temperature rise is calculated according to the single ideal temperature rise, the single braking duration and the correction coefficient; accumulating and summing the single actual temperature rise to obtain an actual accumulated temperature rise; and brake drum failure early warning is conducted according to the target parameters, and the target parameters comprise the actual accumulated temperature rise and the accumulated temperature rise threshold value. According to the application, the state of the brake drum can be evaluated and failure early warning can be carried out in the vehicle running process.

    本申请提供一种制动鼓失效预警方法、装置、设备及可读存储介质,该方法包括:根据整车质量、制动初速度和制动末速度计算得到单次制动总能量,根据单次制动总能量以及目标制动器所在车桥的制动力分配比和车轮数量计算得到单次制动能量;根据单次制动能量、制动鼓的质量、制动鼓的比热容、车桥单侧与制动鼓相连的受热金属件的质量和受热金属件的比热容计算得到单次理想温升,根据单次理想温升、单次制动时长和修正系数计算得到单次实际温升,对单次实际温升进行累加求和得到实际累计温升;根据目标参数进行制动鼓失效预警,其中,目标参数包括实际累计温升和累计温升阈值。通过本申请,能够在车辆运行过程中评估制动鼓状态并进行失效预警。
