The invention relates to a control system and method for reducing noise under a self-adaptive cruise working condition. The method comprises the steps that the ESC control unit monitors whether the intelligent driving auxiliary control unit has a deceleration request or not, and if yes, the ESC control unit electrifies and opens the prime valve; judging whether the ESC control unit monitors that the deceleration request ends or not, and if so, starting to record the deceleration request end time T1; whether the ESC control unit monitors whether a brake pedal is stepped down or not is judged, and a hard wire monitors a brake pedal switching signal; if the brake pedal is treaded down, the signal of the brake pedal switch is set, and the prime valve is closed; if the brake pedal is not stepped down and the brake pedal switch signal is not set, the ESC control unit controls the prime valve to be kept in a power-on open state; and judging whether the T1 is greater than the delay closing time T2 of the prime valve or not. According to the method, the number of times of action of the prime valve when the ACC function is started is greatly reduced, the noise of the vehicle is reduced, and the driving experience feeling and comfort are improved.

    本发明涉及一种减少自适应巡航工况下噪音的控制系统及方法。方法包括ESC控制单元监控智能驾驶辅助控制单元是否有减速度请求,有则ESC控制单元给prime阀通电打开;判断ESC控制单元监控减速度请求是否结束,结束则开始记录减速度请求结束时间T1;判断ESC控制单元监控制动踏板是否被踩下,硬线监测制动踏板开关信号;如果被踩下,制动踏板开关信号置位,则使prime阀关闭;未被踩下,制动踏板开关信号没有置位,则ESC控制单元控制prime阀保持通电打开状态;判断T1是否大于prime阀延迟关闭的时间T2。本发明极大减少了ACC功能开启时prime阀动作的次数,减少了车辆的噪声,提升了驾驶体验感和舒适性。
