The invention discloses a fuel tank ventilation device, and belongs to the field of fuel vehicle fuel tank ventilation. The fuel tank ventilation device comprises a ventilation cavity used for being communicated with a vehicle fuel tank. The anti-overturning unit is located at the bottom of the ventilation cavity and comprises an anti-overturning valve body which can longitudinally move in the ventilation cavity, the density of the anti-overturning valve body is lower than that of fuel oil, and the top shape of the anti-overturning valve body is the same as the cavity shape of the ventilation cavity; the ventilation assembly comprises a ventilation pipeline communicated with the ventilation cavity, an anti-leakage unit is arranged at the communication position of the ventilation pipeline and the ventilation cavity, the anti-leakage unit comprises an anti-leakage ball valve which can roll along with inclination of the vehicle oil tank so as to block a circulation path of the ventilation pipeline and the ventilation cavity, and the density of the anti-leakage ball valve is higher than that of fuel oil. By arranging the anti-overturning unit and the anti-leakage unit, normal circulation of the ventilation cavity can be guaranteed, meanwhile, the ventilation cavity can be blocked in time when the vehicle inclines and overturns, oil liquid is prevented from leaking, and safety accidents are prevented.

    本发明公开了一种燃油箱通风装置,燃油车油箱通风领域,该燃油箱通风装置包括用于与车辆油箱连通的通风腔体;以及位于通风腔体底部的防倾覆单元,防倾覆单元包括可在通风腔体内纵向位移且密度低于燃油密度的防倾覆阀体,防倾覆阀体的顶部形态与通风腔体的腔体形态相同;通风组件,通风组件包括与通风腔体连通的通风管道,通风管道与通风腔体连通处设有防渗漏单元,防渗漏单元包括一可跟随车辆油箱倾斜而滚动,以堵塞通风管道与通风腔体流通路径的防渗漏球阀,防渗漏球阀密度高于燃油密度。通过设置防倾覆单元和防渗漏单元能够在保证通风腔体正常流通的同时,在车辆倾斜时、倾覆时均能对通风腔体及时进行堵塞,防止油液渗出,引发安全事故。
