The invention relates to an automobile semi-active suspension system damping continuous control method and system and a control unit. The method comprises the steps that motion state information of an automobile body and a suspension system and whole automobile working condition information are obtained; calculating required damping force corresponding to each suspension based on the motion state information of the vehicle body and the suspension system and a preset global ceiling damping control strategy; calculating the vertical control current of the automobile based on the required damping force corresponding to each suspension, the damping external characteristic of an automobile shock absorber, the road surface excitation frequency identification information and a preset ceiling damping control rule; determining a transverse control current and a longitudinal control current of the automobile based on the transverse working condition, the longitudinal working condition and an expert database; and based on the control mode, the vertical control current, the transverse control current and the longitudinal control current, target control current is determined, and the posture of the vehicle body is controlled according to the target control current. The method has the effect that the vertical comfort and the transverse/longitudinal operation stability performance can be optimized at the same time.

    本发明涉及一种汽车半主动悬架系统阻尼连续控制方法、系统及控制单元,其方法包括:获取汽车车身和悬架系统的运动状态信息以及整车工况信息;基于车身和悬架系统的运动状态信息和预设的全局天棚阻尼控制策略,计算各个悬架对应的需求阻尼力;基于各个悬架对应的需求阻尼力、汽车减振器的阻尼外特性、路面激励频率识别信息和预设的天棚阻尼控制规则,计算汽车的垂向控制电流;基于横向工况、纵向工况和专家数据库,确定汽车的横向控制电流和纵向控制电流;基于控制模式、垂向控制电流、横向控制电流和纵向控制电流,确定目标控制电流,并根据目标控制电流对车身姿态进行控制。本申请具有能够同时优化垂向舒适性和横向/纵向操稳性能的效果。
