The invention relates to the technical field of rescue vehicles, in particular to a suspension structure and an all-terrain off-road vehicle. A mounting base and a first fixing base are connected through at least two connecting rods, all the connecting rods are arranged in parallel to form a parallel crank mechanism, and swing of a plurality of cranks can be balanced mutually; therefore, impact and vibration in the moving process can be reduced, and the moving stability of the vehicle is improved. Secondly, due to the motion predictability of the crank mechanism, the motion precision of the crank mechanism is high, so that the feedback precision of the suspension system can be ensured in the running process of the vehicle, and high-precision mechanical motion is realized; all the connecting rods are arranged in parallel, so that more space is saved in space design, the whole suspension structure becomes compact, and more complex mechanical movement can be realized; and finally, the multiple parallel connecting rods form a crank mechanism to connect the first fixing base and the mounting base, the rigidity of the whole vehicle body structure can be improved, accordingly, large external loads can be borne, and the stability and safety of the vehicle moving on the complex terrain are guaranteed.
