The invention relates to the technical field of wind generating set towers, and discloses a split type wind power tower turnover device which comprises a split type tower body fixedly provided with a left turnover keeping cross beam and a right turnover keeping cross beam. An adjusting pressing plate and a fixed adjusting bolt are respectively mounted on the left turnover keeping cross beam and the right turnover keeping cross beam, and are used for fixedly mounting the left turnover keeping cross beam and the right turnover keeping cross beam on the fragmented tower body; the distance between the left turnover maintaining cross beam and the right turnover maintaining cross beam can be adjusted through the cross beam adjusting holes, so that the problems of uncontrollable deformation, damage and the like of the tower caused by the absence of special turnover equipment in the production process of the fragmented tower can be solved, and the defects of the existing disassembly and assembly process equipment can be overcome; and the production efficiency of the split type tower is guaranteed, the production cost is saved, and the safety of workers in construction is guaranteed.

    本发明涉及风力发电机组塔架的技术领域,公开了一种分片式风电塔架翻转装置,包括分片式塔架本体,所述分片式塔架本体上固定安装有左翻转保持横梁和右翻转机保持横梁,所述左翻转保持横梁和右翻转机保持横梁上分别安装有调节压板和固定调节螺栓,所述调节压板和固定调节螺栓将左翻转保持横梁和右翻转机保持横梁固定安装在分片式塔架本体上,所述左翻转保持横梁和右翻转机保持横梁可通过横梁调节孔调节左右保持横梁之间的距离,可以解决分片式塔架生产过程中解没有专用翻转装备对塔架造成不可控的变形、损坏等,决现有拆装工艺装备的缺陷,保证分片式塔架的生产效率、节约生产费用、保证施工中人员和安全等一系列问题。
