The turnover device provided by the invention comprises a hanging beam structure with a preset length in a first direction. The overturning structure is arranged on the lifting beam structure, the overturning structure comprises a plurality of first overturning assemblies arranged at intervals and a plurality of second overturning assemblies arranged at intervals, each first overturning assembly and each second overturning assembly are correspondingly connected with a lifting belt, and each first overturning assembly comprises a driving part and a first rotating part; the driving piece is used for driving the first rotating piece to rotate relative to the hanging beam structure, and at least part of the second overturning assembly has the rotational freedom degree relative to the hanging beam structure. The lifting belts are used for synchronously lifting the web, and the driving pieces drive the lifting belts to rotate through the first rotating pieces so as to drive the web to turn over. According to the turnover device, the turnover efficiency and safety can be improved.
