The invention relates to a differential control method for guaranteeing the steering attitude of a ship through stabilizing fins, and belongs to the technical field of ships. The ship comprises a ship body, left and right stabilizing fins are symmetrically arranged at the bottom of the ship body, a steering indicator is carried on the ship to feed back a rudder angle signal in real time, a positioning or speed measuring device feeds back a navigational speed signal in real time, and an attitude indicator monitors a heeling angle in real time; according to the method, the attack angle values of the left stabilizing fin and the right stabilizing fin when the resistance of the ship body is the lowest are obtained by obtaining the balance equation between the ship body heeling overcoming moment and the attack angle of the left stabilizing fin and the attack angle of the right stabilizing fin and the formula of the additional resistance brought by the attack angles of the stabilizing fins, and theoretical guidance is provided for attitude control during ship steering; especially, the initial stability radius is small, and the high-performance ship effect is more obvious. The left and right stabilizing fins are differentially controlled to ensure the lowest additional resistance of the stabilizing fins, and meanwhile, the steering stability requirement of the ship is met.
