The embodiment of the invention discloses an intelligent assistant takeover control method and system, an electronic control unit and a vehicle. The method comprises the following steps: sending a takeover request signal; receiving monitoring information; when it is determined that the main driver does not take over the vehicle correctly at present according to the monitoring information and the duration of the main driver not taking over the vehicle correctly does not exceed the set time, the vehicle is controlled according to a vehicle control instruction input by the co-driver; and controlling the vehicle to enter a safe parking state when determining that the duration of the main driver incorrectly taking over the vehicle exceeds the set time according to the monitoring information. Therefore, in the embodiment of the invention, under the condition that the primary driver cannot take over the vehicle correctly, the secondary driver can take over the vehicle, so that the vehicle has higher probability of being taken over correctly, and the driving risk is reduced. Moreover, when the duration time that the main driver does not take over the vehicle correctly exceeds the set time, the vehicle can be controlled to enter a safe parking state in time, and therefore the safety of the vehicle and passengers can be guaranteed.

    本申请实施例公开了一种智能协助接管控制方法、系统、电子控制单元及车辆。其中,该方法包括:发送请求接管信号;接收监测信息;当根据监测信息确定主驾驶员当前未正确接管车辆,且主驾驶员未正确接管车辆的持续时间未超过设定时间时,根据副驾驶员输入的控车指令控制车辆;当根据监测信息确定主驾驶员未正确接管车辆的持续时间超过设定时间时,控制车辆进入安全停车状态。可见,本申请实施例中在主驾驶员无法正确接管车辆的情况下,可由副驾驶员接管车辆,如此使得车辆有更大的几率被正确接管,从而降低驾驶风险。而且,当主驾驶员未正确接管车辆的持续时间超过设定时间时,会控制车辆及时进入安全停车状态,如此能保证车辆及乘车人的安全。
