The range-extended vehicle energy management method comprises the steps that vehicle total energy needed by a driving road section, battery energy provided by a vehicle battery and a first starting threshold value of a range extender are obtained; according to the battery energy and a first opening threshold value, the pure electricity endurance mileage provided by the vehicle battery under the condition that the range extender is not triggered is determined; and based on the pure electric endurance mileage and the total energy of the vehicle, a first starting threshold value of the range extender is adjusted, and therefore the problems that in the prior art, when the SOC is too low, the range extender is started, vehicle power is insufficient, and NVH is reduced are solved.
