The invention provides a pipe rail vehicle chassis driving system which comprises a rail, a vehicle frame, a driving assembly and a plurality of walking wheel assemblies, and the rail comprises circular pipe guide rails which are symmetrically arranged at intervals; the driving assembly is detachably mounted on the frame and comprises rubber driving wheels which are symmetrically arranged at intervals, and the rubber driving wheels are in rolling contact with the corresponding circular tube guide rails; the multiple walking wheel assemblies are installed at the four corners of the frame and surround the round pipe guide rail. The walking wheel assembly comprises symmetrically-arranged guide wheels and anti-jumping wheels located on the lower sides of the two guide wheels, and the guide wheels make rolling contact with the circular pipe guide rail. Supporting arms are arranged at the four corners of the frame, and the guide wheels are rotationally installed on the supporting arms. The anti-jumping wheel is eccentrically and adjustably arranged on the supporting arm and is used for adjusting after the rubber driving wheel is abraded; according to the chassis driving system of the pipe rail vehicle, the defects that an existing pipe rail vehicle is poor in gradeability and limited in damping effect, and a driving assembly is inconvenient to maintain are overcome.
