The invention relates to a charging and discharging circuit and a vehicle, the charging and discharging circuit comprises a controller, and a first charging and discharging interface, a battery module, a target motor electric control assembly and a target switch which are connected with the controller, one end of the target switch is connected with the battery module, and the other end is connected with the target motor electric control assembly; the target motor electric control assembly is further connected with a first charging and discharging interface, and the first charging and discharging interface is used for connecting first target equipment; and the controller is used for controlling the target switch to be closed according to the first charging and discharging request, and controlling the target motor electric control assembly to form a charging path or a discharging path with the battery module and the first target equipment. Thus, by forming the charging path or the discharging path matched with the battery module, the problem that charging cannot be achieved due to the fact that the first target device is not matched with the battery module can be effectively avoided, the flexibility of vehicle charging and discharging can also be effectively improved, and therefore the experience feeling and the satisfaction degree of a user can be improved.
