The invention relates to the technical field of transport vehicle satellite positioning, and discloses a road transport vehicle satellite positioning system, which comprises a main controller, a foresight camera system and a radar system, the main controller comprises a communication module, a positioning module and a T-BOX remote monitoring unit, the foresight camera system is electrically connected with the radar system, and the T-BOX remote monitoring unit is electrically connected with the positioning module. The foresight camera system comprises double early warning units. The dual early warning system integrates the FCW collision early warning function and the LDW lane departure early warning function, the traveling data recorder terminal is integrated with the DMS fatigue driving monitoring unit, video signals of a front-view camera and video signals of fatigue driving are multiplexed, meanwhile, a communication module, a positioning module and a T-BOX remote monitoring unit are further integrated in the main controller in a centralized mode, and the communication module, the positioning module and the T-BOX remote monitoring unit are integrated in the main controller. The utilization rate of vehicle body electronic and electric appliance signal resources is fully improved, the vehicle body arrangement space is reduced, the cost of electronic and electric appliances is reduced, the vehicle body mass is reduced, and management of parts is facilitated.
