The outer skin, the inner skin and the annular bulkhead form a closed cavity; the first bulkhead unit and the second bulkhead unit are both arranged in the closed cavity, the first bulkhead unit comprises a plurality of first bulkheads which are longitudinally arranged at intervals, the second bulkhead unit comprises a plurality of second bulkheads which are transversely arranged at intervals, and the first bulkheads and the second bulkheads are arranged in a staggered mode to form a plurality of cavities; the acoustic superstructure unit comprises a plurality of acoustic superstructures, a plurality of acoustic superstructures are arranged in each cavity, the bottom surface of each acoustic superstructure is connected with the outer skin, and a gap is formed between the top surface with the round hole and the inner skin.
