The invention provides a composite sound absorption and insulation wallboard structure for a mobile power supply vehicle. The sound absorption part comprises a frame plate and a sound absorption medium layer; the sound insulation part comprises an inner skin, a polyurethane layer and an outer skin; the frame plate comprises peripheral connecting edges and an inner concave cavity formed by bending the middle part, the inner concave cavity is formed by splicing an inner end plate and peripheral connecting plates, the end part, facing the inner skin, of the connecting plate on each edge is respectively provided with the connecting edge which is bent to protrude towards the outer side, a plurality of micro-perforated holes are distributed in the surface of the inner end plate, and the micro-perforated holes are formed in the surface of the inner end plate. The micro-perforated holes penetrate through the thickness of the inner end plate, a sound absorption medium layer is arranged in the inner concave cavity, and the opening end of the inner concave cavity is arranged towards the inner skin; the inner skin is fixedly arranged on the inner surface of the polyurethane layer, and the outer skin is fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the polyurethane layer.
